"Tools like the PAVE-IR produce high quality, long service life road surfaces, for the advantage of the entire road traffic, and thereby for all who participate."

In asphalt paving, contractors are confronted daily with challenges that effect the quality of the end results.
Ensuring uniform temperatures are a key factor in asphalt paving. Thermal variability is influenced by multiple factors from environmental conditions, loading and hauling practices, paving processes, machine set-up, and mechanical variables.
With the proper technology to make thermal variability visible, the contractor has a tool that allows a proactive approach to improve uniformity in the entire process, including temperatures.
The optimal temperature of the paving material is a decisive factor in road construction, with a significant influence on the quality of the road. A comprehensive thermal visualisation of the paving process offers important insights regarding the quality of the material and introduces a completely new way to optimize the paving process.
The Pave-IR system not only allows you to achieve high quality roads, it also delivers documentation of your work.
Project data can be sent directly to the cloud and with Pave Project Manager and be thoroughly analyzed. Project reports can be generated to show your quality results to the road owner.
The recorded data of the construction site is uploaded live into the MOBA Cloud, which makes it available in the PAVE Project Manager. This ensures a perfect work flow between the back office and the construction site.
High-tech computer with ultra fast processor and high-res display optimizes data management from the cabin of the machine and enhances usability. It features anti-glare and transflective display and can be used via touch screen and keys.
compatible with every paver |
Thanks to the modular structure, the system is compatible with every paver type and can therefore be installed flexibly on every machine. The configuration levels can be also be adapted to the construction site. This results in additional functions that can easily be added with additional IR SPOTS or a weather station. |
